I'm not as good as finding cool fun stuff on the Web as Starr is, but this idea for a piece of home exercise equipment is pretty neat. What is even neater is the creator's idea of exercising for slightly less than the smallest amount of "schedulistically significant time," defined as 15 minutes. Scheduling calendars usually don't work at a level smaller than 15 minutes. So to exercise for 14 minutes, you're not even using real time out of your calendar. Pretty fab!
