Calling all Food Lovers

Blogger's Blog of Note today is The Fanatic Cook. If you are interested in food, great digital photos, nutrition, or even just interesting observations, I urge you to take a look. At the beginning of the year, the author blogged about the experience of brining her bird (in a gallon Ziploc bag--must have been a small bird). Unfortunately, the experience didn't turn out to be a happy one.
