Doesn't Make Sense
If modern civilization can put a man on the moon, why can it not figure out a surefire way to get black ink spots off an irreplaceable, much-loved stone color chino skirt?

Where's the stain? You might be able to get away with artful placement of an applique or two.

I'm with her. Or you could dye it black.
You need "Krud Kutter" found in the hardware or automotive section at Target. Follow the directions precisely--it works every time for me!
