They look da-wish-ious! How do they taste? Did you get yourself a large non-stick pan for candy-making?M
Yes, they tasted as good or better than they looked. This was 12 oz of pecans in a 3.5 qt pan. The nonstick one M. gave me for Christmas.
Mmm...they look just like the kind I saw made in New Orleans.
D, I saw some in Savannah, which is what got me thinking. They called them Praline Pecans, but the candy part was white, not brown like these or like real pralines. Anyway, these are way good and way addictive. I've since made another batch.
