The Good and the Bad, the Back to School Edition

Bad: Waking up at 5 am wondering if any assignments are due today.
Good: Checking D2L from my phone without leaving the comfort of my bed.
Better: Finding out nothing is due for the next week.
Best: Following it up with some reading on the Book of Mormon app.

Disappointed today to find out that while I wasn't paying attention, my six-week old hold request for Broken Harbor expired. So now I've started back at the bottom of the list. Maybe I'll get a copy by December.

The Good and the Bad

I've skimmed both syllabi and the news is, no papers to write this semester! Reading reactions, quizzes, exams, and a journal article critique. I think the most difficult part will be the long Mondays (full work day and three hours of class online) and finding someplace to have my two exams proctored.

The sad thing is that I don't have a new first day of school dress and no one is making me pancakes for breakfast tomorrow.
