I've done relatively well at curbing my nocturnal tendencies over the last couple of months. It always seems to take only one night, however (usually a Friday), to undo weeks of good behavior. Hence, it's 3:15 a.m. and I'm wide awake.
I have a feeling Monday is going to be particularly difficult this week.

Contradiction
I'm wearing new slacks to work today; none of my chinos fit any more because I've lost weight (20+ pounds from the high of the past five years).
